Louis Vuitton | Immersive Savoir-Faire event production at Goya Studios Los Angeles CA

Louis Vuitton is a well-known French fashion brand, recognized worldwide for its luxurious products. The brand left no stone unturned to create this unforgettable experience for its customers.

The Louis Vuitton Immersive Savoir-Faire event in Beverly Hills, California was a by-appointment-only event held at Goya Studios from Sept. 9th-25th 2021. In this blog post, we will detail the event production and some highlights from the project.


First, let's talk about the concept of the event. The Louis Vuitton Immersive Savoir-Faire was a unique experience that showcased the brand's savoir-faire, or know-how, through interactive video displays and high resolution projection mapping integrated with custom built scenic rooms with the Louis Vuitton team. The event was designed to immerse guests in the world of Louis Vuitton overlooking the Eiffel Tower in Paris, a relaxed sunny beach, and transforming the exterior entrance into a French garden. It's creativity and beauty showcased the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every product. A carefully curated selection for invites only of iconic hard-sides trunks were displayed, Objets Nomades, unique lifestyle accessories and rare handbags, the immersive pop-up is a continuation of Maison's tradition of regional Savoir-Faire activations.

Now, let's dive into the event production details. The event was held at studios Goya Studios in Beverly Hills, California. The 4 different areas were completely transformed, each having their own unique theme and world it transported you into when entering the rooms.


MetaT3ch worked closely with the many teams involved along with Louis Vuitton's creative team to ensure that every element of the event was on-brand and aligned with the company's values and vision. The event design included stunning video displays, massive projection mapping and impressive custom scenic installations. The 1mm video displays and display server were integrated into a custom built Paris showroom. To create a seamless experience for guests, the team also worked on logistics and technical operations. They ensured that the event ran smoothly, from guest check-in to guest departure.

The event production team created a visually stunning and interactive experience that immersed guests in the world of Louis Vuitton and beyond.
